STUDY DESIGN
Intervention assignment Allocation to intervention If randomised, describe how the allocation sequence was generated Describe how the allocation sequence/code was concealed from the person allocating the participants to the intervention arms Masking If masking / blinding was used
Parallel: different groups receive different interventions at same time during study Randomised Simple randomization using a randomization table created by a computer software program Allocation was determined by the holder of the sequence who is situated off site Open-label(Masking Not Used)
INTERVENTIONS
Intervention type Intervention name Dose Duration Intervention description Group size Nature of control
Control Group Neurodevelopmental technique with fine motor training for affected side total treatment time was 90 minutes., 3 sessions/ week six months a guideline protocol that was based on neurodevelopment basis that was included; standing on one foot, stride standing allowing weight shift from one limb to another, standing on balance board, stoop and recovery from standing position, balancing exercises from standing in the form of equilibrium, righting and protective reactions training, improving trunk control, balance training exercises, gait training exercises in an open environment and stretching exercises for elbow flexors and forearm supinator of upper limbs, hip flexors, and adductors, hamstrings and calf muscles of lower limbs 15 Active-Treatment of Control Group
Experimental Group mirror therapy intervention total treatment time was 90 minutes., 3 sessions/ week. for six months the same guideline protocol which was given to the control group for 60 minutes in addition to motor training for non-affected side while received mirror visual feedback from non-affected lower limb 15
