Exercise is widely recommended to preserve bone health and muscles strength and reduce risk of falling by maintaining postural balance. The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of weight bearing exercise for better balance (WEBB) program on hip flexors¿, extensors¿, abductors¿, and adductors¿ and knee flexors¿ and extensors¿ strength and balance in osteopenia. |
