STUDY DESIGN
Intervention assignment Allocation to intervention If randomised, describe how the allocation sequence was generated Describe how the allocation sequence/code was concealed from the person allocating the participants to the intervention arms Masking If masking / blinding was used
Crossover: all participants receive all interventions in different sequence during study Randomised Simple randomization using a randomization table created by a computer software program Sealed opaque envelopes Masking/blinding used Care giver/Provider

Control Group evaluate the efficacy of intravenous versus wetting solution MgSO4 injection of the wetting fluid will 1 ml 1/1000 epinephrine will be added to every 1000 ml of normal saline and will not have MgSO4 neither intravenously nor in the wetting solution 24 hr injection of the wetting fluid will 1 ml 1/1000 epinephrine will be added to every 1000 ml of normal saline and will not have MgSO4 neither intravenously nor in the wetting solution evaluating systemic effect of epinephrine 43 Placebo
Experimental Group Intravenous Magnesium Sulphate Versus in Wetting solution in Counteracting Epinephrine side effects intravenous administration of MgSO4 (40 mg/kg) over 1 minute at the same time of wetting solution injection. 24 hr intravenous administration of MgSO4 (40 mg/kg) over 1 minute at the same time of wetting solution injection. 43
Experimental Group Intravenous Magnesium Sulphate Versus in Wetting solution in Counteracting Epinephrine side effects administration 40mg/kg of MgSO4 will be added to the wetting solution and will be divided equally according to the number of saline bottles injected in the wetting solution. 24 hr administration 40mg/kg of MgSO4 will be added to the wetting solution and will be divided equally according to the number of saline bottles injected in the wetting solution. 43
