Brief summary describing the background and objectives of the trial AI will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medical care. Its impact on healthcare is expected to grow in the coming years. Emerging trends, such as integrating AI with telemedicine, genomics, robotics, and 3D printing, will further expand its applications in diagnostics, treatment planning, surgical assistance, and patient monitoring. Competent Healthcare providers can undoubtedly significantly impact an organization's success. The current study seeks to investigate the impact of an artificial intelligence enhancement strategy on healthcare providers' competencies and work flourishing, to maximize the benefits of AI, increase knowledge, improve attitude, and invest in workforce training and collaboration between medical professionals and AI developers.

Experimental Group Educational program There will be 2 sessions per week each session for 1 hour. 3 months During the intervention stage, there will be educational sessions discussing the concept and importance of artificial intelligence, the main characteristics of AI, and the areas in which AI has applications in clinical settings, The role of AI in healthcare will be discussed, and the principles and benefits of artificial intelligence, as well as artificial intelligence strategy, will also discussed. The implementation of artificial intelligence in health care, artificial intelligence barriers, and solutions to any problems will be discussed. Each session will begin with the definition of goals and objectives. 45
