Brief summary describing the background and objectives of the trial many studies found relation between forward head and rounded shoulder posture in the cause but only one study 12 took a deeper look in the relation between the deformities in the treatment.5 and till now there is a gab in literature about effect of forward head correction on rounded shoulder. So this study will take a deeper look on the effect of forward head correction and its effect on rounded shoulder and cervical range of motion The purposes of this study to investigate: ¿ To investigate the effect of forward head correction on rounded shoulder in subjects with FHRS posture. ¿ To investigate the effect of forward head correction on cervical range of motion in subjects with FHRS posture. ¿ To investigate the effect of rounded shoulder correction on forward head in subjects with FHRS posture. ¿ To investigate the effect of rounded shoulder correction on cervical range of motion in subjects with FHRS posture. ¿ To investigate the difference between rounded shoulder correction program and forward head correction program in improving forward head and rounded shoulder posture in subjects with FHRS posture.

¿ 45 subjects with sedentary life style of both sexes age ranging from 18 to 30 years old.22 ¿ Asymptomatic rounded shoulder deformity the distance between on the table and the acromion>2.5 cm17 ¿ Asymptomatic forward head posture with craniovertebra l angle < 49 degrees21 ¿ Impingement syndrome ¿ Shoulder fracture ¿ Shoulder dislocation ¿ Cardiovascular problems that might contraindicate the exercise ¿ Recent shoulder surgery ¿ Atheletes ¿ Performing any other strengthening or stretching program 18 Year(s) 25 Year(s) Both
