10. Governing Law - The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and you shall submit to the jurisdiction of the South African Courts.

Miscellaneous - If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions which will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise any particular rights or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. These terms and conditions, as varied by our ourselves from time to time, sets out the entire understanding and agreement between yourself and PACTR.

12. The PACTR is a Primary Register for the World Health Organisiation (WHO) search portal created by the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP). As a Primary Register the PACTR contributes the minimum 20 item data set to this search portal. All trials registered on the PACTR will therefore be publicly searchable and appear on the WHO search portal.

13. All registered trials on the PACTR are publically available and searchable. The PACTR may make arrangements for information from registered trials to appear on websites other than the PACTR (such as the WHO search portal, see 17. above). This will occur by mutual agreement between the PACTR and the receiving website, with appropriate acknowledgement of the data source.
